With strategic partners, Basis Health Group launched a concierge behavioral health practice (HFP) to serve families with high quality medical care, coordination of care services and virtual care remote sessions. CSS and Basis Health Group also provided revenue cycle management services to internal and external clients.

Working with TeamHealth clinicians and hospital clients, I diagnosed problems with clinical workflow mechanics and solved them so that the revenue cycle operated more efficiently.

In this role I provided daily management for a team of 20+ employees that supported billing operations for 400+ hospital clients.
