Most of the meaning and activity in our lives comes from the things we do for free, or the choices we make about work, not the financial exchanges we do to support ourselves.

YPKs website got an overhaul recently. I did the design while Patrick Beeson wrote the code. The new site is hosted by WebFaction and built in Django.

So maybe it’s not exactly mine, but my grandmother needs a name for her new dog. She’s a miniature wire-haired Dachshund. Go ahead, leave “Beanie Weinie” in the comments. You know you want to.
But success keeps going to people who build new icons, not to those that seek to replace the most successful existing ones.
